Trademark Policy

1. RBNL Trademarks

The following are trademarks or service marks of RBNL Global Solutions (“RBNL”):

  • RBNL™
  • RBNL Global Solutions™
  • Rise Beyond Normal Limits™
  • Pietra™ (as used in connection with RBNL products and services)
  • Pietra CRM™

These marks may not be registered in all jurisdictions. The absence of a registration symbol does not constitute a waiver of RBNL’s intellectual property rights.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use RBNL trademarks solely to refer accurately to RBNL and its products and services, provided that:

  • The use is referential and does not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with RBNL.
  • You do not alter, distort, or combine RBNL marks with other words, logos, or designs.
  • You do not use RBNL marks in a domain name, company name, product name, or app name without prior written approval.
  • The use does not disparage or misrepresent RBNL, its products, or its services.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited without explicit prior written permission from RBNL:

  • Using RBNL trademarks as part of your company name, trade name, or product name.
  • Using RBNL trademarks in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials in a way that implies an endorsement or partnership.
  • Registering any trademark, domain name, or social media handle that includes RBNL marks or marks confusingly similar to them.
  • Creating merchandise that bears RBNL trademarks.

4. Third-Party Trademarks

All other trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party marks are for identification purposes only and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those parties.

Product and service names including but not limited to Google, Meta, Stripe, Twilio, and OpenAI are the property of their respective companies.

5. Reporting Misuse

If you believe RBNL trademarks are being used in an unauthorized or infringing manner, please notify us at hello@rbnlglobal.com.
